About this site

This is a personal web-site.

I hope you will find the shape and the content very professional. All you will find here is written with passion and with the sincere hope someone could find interesting some of the articles here published, nevertheless this is just a personal web-site.

The basic idea that made me to start develop this site was to quit to have piles of handwritten notes.

I love almost everything is science related: electronics, maths, physics, programming languages, algorithms. And I love to learn new stuff: this site is born with the purpose to make my notes well organized, accessible from everywhere and with the hope to share them with someone with common interests. Of course not all my notes can be translated in a digital form: this would take too much time!

Initially I thought 2 different kinds of notes: notes and articles.

Notes are in the form keep it short, because that is just the form I want them to have: I only wanted to fix the important concepts (or things I tend to forget) without any further explanation. Notes are not meant to be completed (they do not try to cover a complete subject) but to continuously evolve with further additions.

In some cases I want to fix some more complex reasoning, in this case I decided to use a different format, an article. Articles dig a little bit further into details and give some examples and tries to give a decent information about some argument.

After a while I also decided to add some more educational content (I started to write the C language course), so I added a third category of content: courses are, in some way, the opposite of notes. Here there is the space for details (also the ones I am pretty sure I will not forget), because the course is intended to be educational and do not assume any previous knowledge on the subject. Although this is a little bit beyond the initial scope of this site.

All the contents are original, no cut and paste from other sites. Of course I might have taken some inspiration from my lectures, that is obvious, but I hope they will be a fresh contribution, from my personal point of view.

Last I would like just to a add a language warning. I am Italian and I am writing in English: please forgive my mistakes or involute sentences. If you are ad English spoken reader feel free to correct my poor English: suggestions and errors signals are always welcome.

If you want to get in touch please feel free to write me an e-mail to: info@w2note.net, thank you!
